We offer customized monthly contracts to support such needs. We also offer 24×7 urgent support, such calls are guaranteed 4-hour response time and billed at 1.5x normal rate, depending on contract.

Basic out of contract rate: $160/hour – onsite minimum one-hour charge. Onsite also carries a 75$ travel fee. Remote work billed at same rate billed in quarter hour increments, with no minimum. Urgent response remote work is also 1.5 times the normal rate with a one hour minimum, no travel charge.
